Some information about regular Nest groups:

Nesters Antenatal drop-in Group. Every Tuesday from 7.30pm (booking required)

  • Week 1 – In Person at The MS Centre. Exeter
  • Week 2 -Online on Zoom.

Nestlings New Parent and Baby Group. Mondays. 10 – 11.30am. See schedule for location in Exeter.

Core Restore Postnatal Exercise class. 6 weekly course runs in term time. Some drop in spaces available. See schedule for dates.

Pregnancy and Parents Walking Group. Every second Wednesday 10.30 – 11.30am at various locations around Exeter.

Baby Loss Conversation Café. A space for anyone affected y ay loss. 7.30-9pm every 8 weeks. The MS centre.

Yoga & relaxation. Pinhoe URC church. 7.30-9pm. Monthly.

Meno Mondays. Meno Monday is a space for people who are experiencing the perimenopause and menopause transition or approaching it. This is a peer support group and place to share stories, ideas and information. 7.30-9pm At The MS Centre.

Exeter Menopause Café. This is an open meeting for people of all genders to come and chat about all things perimenopause and menopause related. 10am-12 noon. At The Glorious Art House Café.

Online Menopause Peer Support Group. Zoom peer support group to chat about all things menopause related. Monthly. 7 – 8pm.
