Offering social, emotional and informational support through menstruation, pregnancy, birth and menopause
The Nest Southwest Community Interest Company is a not-for-profit social enterprise that hosts regular groups, workshops and creates vital peer support networks.
What We Do
Our goal is to support you to be your best self and this is at the core of everything we offer. Our peer support groups are a safe space where you can share your journey with others and strengthen your inner resilience. Our volunteer programs build on your previous experiences to develop your skills.
We want to help you make informed choices that are best for you and provide quality information you can trust. Our informational support comes through our local support groups, our hand picked library, the curated resource sections on the website, our workshops and social media campaigns.
We are a women-led grass roots social enterprise with the mission to help create a more informed, confident, ecologically aware community that respects rites of passage. We want everyone to emerge empowered by their experiences to go on and support others.
